The Integra studio is a naturally-lit space offering the most effective training, coupled with the environment to help you achieve your goals. With a limit on the number of clients in the studio at any one time, you are guarenteed a fun, but hard session with no waiting for the next piece of equipment.

Our private shower rooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries.
